System of Online Demonstration of Fiscal Investment Projects Launched in Ningyang County of Shandong Province
In order to ensure fiscal investment in proper place, Ningyang County of Shandong Province and competent departments of town government projects, project owners and related departments such as the development and reform, construction and finance departments of the county regularly publicize information of the construction projects partially or totally using fiscal investments of the central, provincial, municipal and county levels online, including the public welfare investment projects of more than 500,000 yuan and government investment projects in basic infrastructure of more than 1 billion yuan via the county TV, government websites, Ningyang website of clean governance and the websites of the competent units of various projects according to their respective responsibilities. The information relates to the basic situation, bid invitation and submission, construction progress and project check and acceptance. For those that fail to demonstrate related information or fail to demonstrate related information in time, demonstrate substandard information or demonstrate inaccurate information, the Supervision Bureau of the county will supervise them and urge them to make rectification. Responsibilities will be investigated for those who make fraudulent demonstration or cause serious sequent because of untimely demonstration according to circumstances. So far, all the 17 key construction projects with fiscal investment of the county have been demonstrated online without a single complaints related to engineering construction, promoting the smooth development of engineering construction projects throughout the county.
