Ministry of Agriculture Researches and Deploys Works of Promoting Government Affairs Publicity in Agricultural Departments
On October 27-28, Ministry of Agriculture held a symposium on government affairs publicity for agricultural departments of some provinces and municipalities in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province, studying and conveying the spirit of the seminar on the work of government affairs publicity of the departments directly under the Central Government, analyzing the new situations and new tasks of the agricultural departments in the work of government affairs publicity, summarizing the good practices and experience in government affairs publicity in recent years and researching and deploying the work of promoting government affairs publicity in agricultural departments. Zhu Baocheng, Member of the Party Leadership Group of Ministry of Agriculture and Head of the Discipline Inspection Group of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection Stationed at Ministry of Agriculture , attended the symposium and delivered a speech.
The symposium believed that it was the necessary requirement of implementing the decisions and deployments of the Central Government to earnestly promote the work of government affairs publicity in agricultural departments under the new situation. It was as well the necessary requirement of promoting stable and fast economic development of agriculture in rural areas and the necessary requirement of strengthening construction of the style of work and further improving the styles of work of the government and the trade in agricultural departments.
The symposium earnestly summarized the experience of agricultural departments of various levels in promoting government affairs publicity, namely, constant efforts should be made to energetically, orderly and effectively promote the work of government affairs publicity on the foundation of strengthening organizational leadership, under the principle of serving the people, with reform and innovation as the impetus, based on systematic construction, supported by the information technologies, and with the coordinative office work as the bearer.
The symposium required agricultural departments of various levels to have the overall situation of rural reform and innovation in mind, and energetically promote the law-based administration and people-facilitation services of agricultural departments to a new phase with reform and innovation as the impetus and the open and transparent operation of administrative power and timely and accurately publicizing government information in an all-round way as the goal. |
