The ICAC Commissioner Dr Timothy Tong Hin-ming addressed the ceremony and made speech. He said that the establishment of the Centre was a natural step in the evolution of the ICAC’s anti-corruption strategies. The Centre will offer a unique resource for researches and policy-makers on anti-corruption reform and facilitate exchanges and collaboration with international and Mainland academic and anti-graft institutions. Studies in the Centre will bring benefits to and enhance the ICAC’s three-pronged approach against corruption. |
