Nanjing constructed an online platform of bid invitation and submission through active exploration and bold innovation. Based on the platform, all the bid invitations and submissions can be conducted online and all the administrative monitoring and supervision can be launched on the Internet in a unified manner, improving the levels of openness, fairness and justice in public resources trade and embodying the concept of effectively preventing corruption from the fountainhead in a hi-tech way. This method of effectively preventing corruption should be further studied and given full play to its proper roles.”
