Cui Hairong stressed that we should properly understand the current situation of corruption prevention and place the work of corruption prevention to a more prominent position. Efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of corruption prevention system under the principles of scientific power allocation, clear border, operation according to law and transparent operation so as to implement the requirements of corruption prevention to every link of power structure and operation mechanism; we should promote construction of prevention and control mechanism of integrity risks so as to establish the scientific prevention and control mechanism with active prevention as the core and strengthening management as the measure, establish and improve the mechanism to prevent interest conflict, research and establish corruption prevention system in social sector and establish and improve the information system of corruption prevention so as to form the information sharing mechanism and early-warning system of corruption prevention. Cui Hairong pointed out that through launching the pilot project of the construction of power operation supervision mechanism, the Ministry of Health correctly seized the key link of preventing power abuse. It is a new measure for the medicine and health setups to effectively prevent corruption under the new situation. Measures should be taken to pragmatically strengthen leadership to solidly promote the project and achieve substantial results.
